LIHTC Placed In Service Forms:
The forms in this section are intended for use with projects that have received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credit and are ready to be placed in service. If there are questions regarding the forms listed below, please contact Carol Thompson at (517) 335-7944.

 

Placed-In-Service Application
LIHTC Projects are required to be placed in service no later than the end of the second calendar year following the date of the Carryover Allocation Agreement.
The files below are in pdf format unless otherwise noted. Files that may be filled out using a computer are posted in both pdf and Microsoft Word format.
