Due to the Federal government shutdown, the October 2013 rental and utility assistance payments will be delayed by one business day.  You will receive payment on Thursday, October 3, 2013. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Payments will be made on or before the 5^th day of each month. Please print the payment schedule for payment dates.

Paperless Payments

Effective January 1, 2013, the Michigan Department of Treasury will no longer be processing Housing Choice Voucher Program payments for MSHDA. Payments will now be processed directly by MSHDA.

All payments for the previous calendar year can be reviewed using Contact & Payment Express (C&PE).

Prior to contacting MSHDA, please review the Paperless Payments document located under the Frequently Asked Questions section in the bottom section of this page.
