A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for JoAnne Schmid, #174655

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence for JoAnne Schmid, #174655. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

JoAnne Schmid was sentenced on January 5, 1984 from Ogemaw County to Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
