A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Phillip Jacoy, #106290 - Rescheduled

The public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2009 , to consider the possible parole of Phillip Jacoy, #106290 at 11:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center was cancelled and has been rescheduled for Monday, August 31, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, MI.

Phillip Jacoy was sentenced on June 19, 1975, from Wayne County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
