A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Frank Wander, #107280

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Frank Wander, #107280.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, MI.

Frank Wander is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.  He was sentenced on March 27, 1967 from Saginaw County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
