A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Jesse Smith, #137232

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Jesse Smith, #137232.  It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Jesse Smith is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 2nd Degree.  He was sentenced on April 24, 1980 from Wayne County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
