A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Victor Choc Sanchez, #454401

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Victor Choc Sanchez, #454401.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Victor Choc Sanchez is serving a 5y-20y sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of 50-449 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on December 7, 2005 from Kent County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
