Question presented: Under MCL 169.255(3)(b), which permits solicitation of contributions from "stockholders or members of members of the corporation," may Association A's SSF solicit and accept contributions from the individual members of Association B (i.e., the "members of members")? Does the statutory reference to "members of members" extend to all individual members of a nonprofit member organization, or is the permissible class of solicitable individuals more limited?
