Based on Governor Granholm’s recent appointment of four new magistrates to the Workers’ Compensation Board of Magistrates, they have been assigned the following dockets.

The new magistrates are scheduled to start at their work locations on Tuesday, February 17^th.  Because some weeks on the Reinhardt/Saginaw docket had few cases scheduled, cases were randomly reassigned from the Johnson/Ambrose docket to fill these dates.

Cases scheduled on the Reinhardt/Ann Arbor docket between now and March 5^th will be handled by Magistrate Brennan but will remain Reinhardt files.  His first docket week in Ann Arbor will be the week of March 8^th.  Cases scheduled during the weeks of March 15^th, March 22^nd and March 29^th will remain on the dates scheduled but have been reassigned to Magistrate Brennan.

Magistrate Reinhardt’s Ann Arbor docket weeks will be the weeks of March 8^th, April 5^th, May 3^rd, May 31^st and June 28^th.  Cases scheduled for hearings on the Vacant/Reinhardt docket during weeks he will not be in Ann Arbor will have to be rescheduled.  You should see Magistrate Reinhardt the week of March 8^th to reschedule.
