Blueberry Ridge Pathway, located 6 miles south of Marquette, is a popular Upper Peninsula destination for cross-country skiing. Its 13.7 miles of trails, winding through jack pine forests and blueberry patches, offer seven different loops. A 1.7-mile loop, illuminated nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. during the ski season, is perfect for evening outings. A warming hut, managed by the Superiorland Ski Club, provides shelter and warmth.

The trail is groomed Dec. 1 to March 31 for cross-country skiing (weather permitting).
