Jessica Thomas

Bureau of Local Government & School Services Representative, Voting Member, Jessica Thomas serves as Division Administrator for the School Review and Fiscal Accountability Division within the Department of Treasury.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College.  As an experienced turnaround consultant, Jessica has assisted local units of government throughout the state of Michigan restoring their fiscal health.
