The Lost Twin Lakes Pathway is renowned for its towering century-old white pines. This 3.3-mile loop offers a diverse hiking and biking experience, with rugged terrain featuring ridges, wetlands and swamps. Boardwalks guide visitors through the wettest areas.

It's located just south of Houghton Lake in Roscommon County.

Although cross-country skiing is a popular activity on the trail, it's not groomed.
