Located near Gaylord in Otsego County, the 6.25-mile Pine Baron Pathway takes visitors through a beautifully dense forest. Four loops wind through a forest of hardwoods and pines and only involve a few minor changes in elevation.

This pathway is most popular in winter when it is groomed as a single-track cross-country ski trail.

The trailhead is 5 miles southwest of Gaylord via M-32 West, South Townline Road, Milbocker Road and Lone Pine Road.
