If you have been immunized in Michigan, you can request your immunization record from your health care provider, your local Michigan county health department, or submit a Request for Official State of Michigan Immunization Record form to the MDHHS Immunization Program
In October 2025, Michigan adopted the immunization schedules published by the American Academy of Pediatricians, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as the standards of care for immunization practices in Michigan.
The overwhelming body of scientific evidence shows there is no causal link between vaccines and autism. Updates to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website suggesting vaccines may cause autism does not appear to be based on new evidence. MDHHS agrees with leading experts, including the American Academy of Pediatricians and the American Academy of Family Physicians, in their assessment of the evidence.
