See the MET Refund Value Worksheet to calculate the refund value of your MET to complete your FAFSA form. If MET was purchased by anyone other than a parent, you are not required to disclose MET on the FAFSA form.

Gifting

MET makes giving the gift of education easy. Anyone can gift contributions into your loved one's MET. Gifting is a great way for friends and family to help your child achieve their educational goals.
