• MDCH-MAER-2009-LEA Cost Report  Once you have saved the file the application can be activated by clicking on the "MAER" toolbar item.
  
  MAER Instructions
  Prior to opening this application make sure that your macros are "enabled". When you click on the application a file download box will appear with the options available of "Open", Save", or "Cancel". You must select the "Save" option and choose a directory where you will be placing all future cost reports. Once you have saved the file and opened the application, all application functions can be activated by using the buttons on the Start worksheet (for 2010 & 2011 sheets).
