Medicaid

Medicare

Michigan Tobacco Quitline
The Michigan Tobacco Quitline offers free telephone coaching to help quit smoking. Callers without insurance may qualify for free nicotine patches.

Partnership for Prescription Assistance

Connection to Care

Bridges to Access
This program can help you get Zyban or Buproprion SR. To apply, fill out a short form and then ask your doctor to sign and submit it for you. Call 1-866-728-4368.



Together RX
This is a savings program available to people without prescription insurance. To see if you qualify, call 1-800-444-4106 or visit Together Rx Access.



Area Agency on Aging
