  • Michigan Fall 2016 E-Rate NSLP Report for E-Rate FY2017 - NEW PDF icon

This year’s file format is more of a spreadsheet layout and more closely models the format the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) requests from states.  The report also contains National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) codes, E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) Billed Entity Number (BEN) and Building Entity numbers.  In addition to enrollment, National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) data, NSLP district totals, enrollment and NSLP percentage are also provided for each building listed.

Be aware that school district names, school building names and their associations are driven by the EEM (Educational Entity Master) records available at the time of the Fall 2016 General Collection.

It is normal for there to be slight variations between the student counts on this report and those reported during the fall collection due to various adjustments that occur between October and December.

Should E-rate applicants have more updated EPC BEN and Building Entity numbers available, please feel free to send any such updates to erate@michigan.gov indicating the parent/district name and BEN and school building name and building entity number.
