LIMITED ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE at all field offices, with the exception of the Kalamazoo and Saginaw offices. Collections Staff will answer general questions, distribute current year forms and accept payments. Field office staff does not provide tax return preparation assistance. Field offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated below. Offices that are open until 5:00 p.m. will accept payments until 4:30 p.m.
