Filing Fee Information

Pursuant to the Tribunal's revised Rules, effective October 19, 2009, appeals and all other documents requiring a fee are subject to the revised fees.

The Tax Tribunal's Rules establish filing fees and motion fees. Select either Small Claims Rules or Entire Tribunal Rules, below. We have also provided Fee Calculators for assistance in calculating filing and motion fees, and instructions and sample spreadsheets for filing multiple pleadings with an aggregate payment.
