Declaration of State of Emergency
Q: Are food-serving establishments permitted to open for in-person dining pursuant to section 2 of Executive Order 2020-105 for the purposes of assisting in response to the emergency?
A: Yes. All food-serving establishments in the counties of Midland, Arenac, Gladwin, Saginaw, and Iosco are permitted to open for in-person dining to help assist in responding to the emergency subject to the capacity constraints and workplace standards described in Executive Order 2020-97 or any that follow it.
