Executive Order 2020-111 FAQs (No longer effective)
Executive Order, 2020-111
Protecting the Food Supply and Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers from the effects of COVID-19
Q: Does EO 2020-111 authorize a camp owner or operator to deny an outreach worker or first responder access to a camp?
A: No. Under Michigan law and federal law independent of EO 2020-111, the owner of a migrant labor camp may not lawfully bar access to visitors or representatives of assistance groups seeking admittance to the camp. EO 2020-111 does not in any way alter or abrogate this right of access.
