  • File a complaint with DOT

The Air Carrier Access Act prohibits discrimination by U.S. and foreign air carriers on the basis of physical or mental disability. Learn about your rights, get assistance, or file a complaint to the Aviation Consumer Protection Division.

  • Michigan DOT accessibility

MDOT has a responsibility, under the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, to ensure its services, facilities and public rights-of-way are readily accessible to and useable by individuals with disabilities to the fullest extent possible.
