This quaint, rustic campground sits along the peaceful shore of Deer Lake. The 81-acre lake provides excellent fishing opportunities and attracts native wildlife. There are 12 sites for tent and small trailer use. The campground is located 11 miles northeast of Amasa via Old US Highway 141 North, Corral Road and The Grade.

Recreation Passport required

A Recreation Passport (park pass) is required for vehicle entry into all state park and forest campgrounds.

Panfish, small mouth bass and walleye are caught in Deer Lake. Other nearby fishing opportunties include Deer River (on site) and Bone Lake (4 miles north).
