This secluded, rustic campground sits on the banks of the Two Hearted River. The Two Hearted River is a champion salmon and steelhead river, making this campground a popular destination for anglers in the fall and spring. The Two Hearted River is also a popular river for kayakers and canoers, and a carry-in launch area is accessible from the campground. There are seven sites for tent and small trailer use.
The campground is located 29 miles north of Newberry via M-123 and County Roads 500, 407 and 410.
What to expect, finding a site
These rustic campgrounds offer stunning river and lakefront settings, perfect for fishing, boating, and paddling. Here's what you can expect:
- No reservations. Sites available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There are vault toilets.
- Potable (drinking) water is available from a hand-pump well.
- No electrical available.
- Overnight fees ($20 for most sites) and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk at each campground.
- Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay.
- One camping unit and six people are allowed per site.

Hunting
This campground provides access to state land open to hunting. Firearm hunting is not allowed within 450 feet of an occupied dwelling.
ORV trails or routes
A county road runs parallel to the campground, providing access to ORVs routes in northern Luce county. ORVs are allowed in the campground to enter and exit only.
Paddling
Explore the Two Hearted River from the campground. There is access to a carry-in launch to the right of site #1 down a gravel path.
