| Accomplishments |
- Reduction of backlog from 6,090 (October, 1994) to 540 (December, 2000).
- The Board has issued between 4,000 and 6,500 decisions/orders each year
during this period.
- Timeliness of Board dispositions has increased dramatically. The Board is
now in complete compliance with Federal timeliness standards.
- A detailed, multi-function database was developed and implemented in 1999
to monitor and enhance case flow. This program was uniquely designed for Board
of Review operations.
- The Board of Review precedent Digest has been extensively revised and expanded.
It is also now available on the Internet.
