Turn-Around Time

Mailed-In Applications
Currently, we are able to process mailed in completed applications with correct payment and photo identification for birth records, with the following turn-around times. The time to complete a request is based upon the type of service requested and the year of the event.

Please note that our processing time does not include the time for the application to reach us (mail time), for our Accounting Department's receipting of your payment, and for mailing the record to you. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for this process.

* Please note that for newborns, processing birth record copies generally takes up to 90 days, due to the time it takes to receive and properly record birth certifications.
