                                               APRIL HIGHLIGHT

The week of April 22 - 26th is National Walking Week!

Another good reason for getting out and exercising. If you use public transit, get off a stop earlier if possible to add a few more steps to the day. If you go to a mall, park as far as you can from the entrance. Make all meetings "Moving Meetings." Studies have shown that attendees of such meetings have better ideas and retain information from the meeting longer than traditional sit-down meetings. If possible, use stairs instead of elevators. The weather in Michigan is finally changing.  Being in the fresh air, for as little as 10 minutes, improves the mood.
