The 2013 Recipient Rights Conference Steering Committee is inviting you to participate in assisting our committee in providing speakers and topic selections for the 2013 Recipient Rights Conference, "Rights" is Everybody's Business".

Your feedback is very important to us as it allows the committee to provide the most diversely edifying conference resources!  Knowledge of attendee interests allow us to research and provide the topics and speakers most reflective of your educational needs.  We must stress that we are looking for topics and speakers to benefit both LPH/U and CMH staff. 

We ask that you submit your idea(s) on topics/speakers relevant to rights by completing the information requested on the attached page.   Use a separate sheet for each idea or speaker.  If you are recommending a speaker, please provide as much information about that person as possible.

Please submit all responses no later than May 8, 2013.
