Michigan Employment Relations Commission
The Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC) resolves labor disputes involving public and private sector employees by appointing mediators, arbitrators and fact finders, conducting union representation elections, determining appropriate bargaining units, and adjudicating unfair labor practice cases.
The Michigan Employment Relations Commission strives to ensure equal access to its online services. In doing so, we are working toward full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
An accessibility review of this website is currently underway, and remediation activities are in progress. These efforts will continue as we implement improvements across the site.
