The 15-member council will advise the department on issues relating to the Arab and Chaldean communities in Michigan and promote awareness of their culture and history

The Michigan LGBTQ+ Commission is dedicated to serving as a vital advisory force, collaborating with the governor, LEO and various stakeholders to shape policies, eliminate discrimination and enhance the overall quality of life for the LGBTQ+ community.
