Below is a list of prequalification programs with DTMB-Procurement. This may not be an exhaustive list as prequalification for products and services can change and/or there may be prequalification programs under State Agencies delegated authority.

Although rare, prequalifications that are currently closed may open at any time to allow for additional vendors, before the current prequalification contracts are expired. When prequalification programs are opened, they will be posted as a solicitation on www.Buy4Michigan.com. You can view prequlified vendor contracts on the DTMB-Procurement Contract List.

Actuarial Services

• Current vendors are prequalified through November 30, 2013. One 1 year extension has been exercised, one 1 year possible extension remains.

Business Process Review/Consulting Services

• Please contact the DTMB-Procurement Services Divison with questions at 517.335.0230.

Bank Examination Services

• Current vendors are prequalified through October 31, 2014 with possible 1 year extension. 

Consulting Services for Post-Employee-Survey Change Management Activities

• Current vendors are prequlified through February 10, 2013 with two possible 2 year extensions.

Data Warehouse Business Intelligence (BI)

• Current vendors are prequalified through December 20, 2015 with two possible 1 year extensions.

Derivative Consultant

• Current vendors are prequalified through January 18, 2014 with two possible 1 year extensions.

Electronic Document Management (FileNet)

• Current vendors are prequalified through December 21, 2014 with one possible 1 year extention.

Gas and Oil Well Plugging Drilling, Redrilling, and Site Restoration

• Current vendors are prequalfied through December 31, 2014.

Hazardous Waste Services

• Current vendors are prequalified through August 4, 2013 with two possible 1 year extensions.

IT Services Contract Programmer - Project Contol Office

• Current vendors are prequlaified through November 30, 2017 with five possible 1 year extentions.

Market Conduct Examinatons of Insurance Companies

• Current vendors are prequalified through August 31, 2013. No extensions remain.

Municipal Management Services (Financial Accounting, Benefits, Labor, Operations, and Debt Restructuring)

• Current vendors are prequalified through January 17, 2015 with two possible 1 year extensions.

Mineral Audit

• Current vendors are prequalified through November 30, 2013 with two possible 1 year extensions.

Out of State Insurance Examinations

• Current vendors are prequalified through August 9, 2013 with two possible 1 year extensions.

Printing Services

• Open: Vendors interested in providing printing services for the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget can prequalify for a one-time purchase by submitting the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and the Prevailing Wage Sworn Statement below .
