- When logging into Buy4Michigan to manage your profile, it is critical that you confirm your FEIN number to assure that errors were not made in the conversion from Bid4Michigan. If you discover an error, click on the Seller Administration tab, and then the General Information tab and enter your correct FEIN. Be sure to review the remainder of your information to make sure that it is up to date. And look at the NIGP codes to see if they still reflect the commodities and services that you are interested in bidding on.

Vendors who registered on Bid4Michigan between May 10th, 2013 and May 28th, 2013 will need to re-register on Buy4Michigan.

Register for Accounts Payable
Vendors will also need to register for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) at Contract & Payment Express. You will need your Tax ID number, banking information and business characteristics available before beginning. To register, click the icon below (redirects to Contract & Payment Express).
