www.allegancounty.org/transportation The ACT service area includes the City of Allegan with transportation services following the M-40 corridor to Holland, the M-89 corridor to Otsego and Plainwell, and the M-89 route to the City of Fennville and Pullman. Additionally, ACT
serves the US 131 highway cities of Shelbyville, Martin, Dorr and Wayland.
The service area includes a one-mile radius around the road corridors listed. ACT does not provide a fixed route service. Additionally, there are two public transit providers that provide transportation service to a limited amount of residents within Allegan County.

Volunteer drivers transport seniors to and from appointments in order of priority for medical, legal, nutritional or social purposes. Volunteer drivers are able to drive seniors to out of county medical appointments when necessary and provide door to door services. Notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance. CAAC provides transportation for all of Allegan County. All new transportation clients should contact Allegan County Senior Services at 269-673-3333. Current transportation clients must call 673-5472 ext. 261.
