What if I can't enroll next semester?
Futures for Frontliners requires that participants enroll at least half-time (6 credits) in at least two semesters of school within a 12-month period. The semesters don't have to be consecutive, that means if you enroll as a Frontliners participant in fall semester, you can enroll again in either winter, spring, or summer and still remain eligible for the award.
If you're unable to meet this continuous enrollment requirement due to a hardship issue, you may be able to apply for a 'leave of absence' from the scholarship when you're ready to resume your studies at your institution. If approved, you may be able to continue receiving the scholarship award. See What if I need to take a 'leave of absence'?
