How do I prove that I worked as a frontliner?
When you applied for the Futures for Frontliners scholarship, we asked for your email address and a social security number. We ask for your social security number because it helps us to determine your employment as a frontline worker and an email address to be able to reach you.
If we couldn't automatically determine your employment as a frontline worker, we sent you an email and updated your application status online to let you know that we needed additional information before we could accept your application. You were asked to submit an employment verification form, which was due to us by 11:59 PM on February 1, 2021.
