This toolkit contains resources to help community partners educate and assist Healthy Michigan Plan members as new work requirements are implemented. The materials below include educational resources, outreach materials, and promotional tools that can be used to share information with your communities and help individuals understand these upcoming changes.

Many of these materials direct individuals to the Healthy Michigan Plan website, where they can find the most current information about work requirements. We will continue expanding this toolkit as additional resources become available, so please check back regularly for updates.
