Compassionate Support, Grounded in Core Principles
Peer navigators are here to walk alongside you with care that’s built on trust, respect, and empowerment. Every interaction is guided by values that put you first.
Peer navigators follow a set of core principles to ensure every person feels safe, heard and empowered throughout recovery. Care from the Perinatal Peer Navigator Program is:
Person-centered
Voluntary
You’re in control, Participation is always your choice, with Peer Navigators offering guidance, not mandates.
Relationship-focused
Connection is key. Services are built on mutual respect, empathy, and trust because healing happens in relationship.
Trauma-informed
Care is delivered through a strength-based lens that honors your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
