Discover the Power of Peer Support
Peer navigators are more than mentors, they’re individuals with lived experience who walk alongside pregnant and postpartum people on their recovery journey as parents. Through empathy, trust, and real-world insight, they offer a unique kind of support that traditional services often can't provide.
When you engage with a peer navigator, you gain a trusted partner who understands your challenges firsthand. Peer navigators offer:
- Individualized guidance tailored to your personal, parenting, and recovery goals.
- Consistent encouragement through every stage of recovery.
- Access to community resources and services that fit your needs.
- A safe space to reflect, grow, and build confidence.
