Find local Maternal Infant Health Programs (MIHP) in your area who have caring, trusted and knowledgeable home visitors excited to join you on your journey through pregnancy and infancy. Home visitors can provide information and resources to promote healthy pregnancies, positive birth outcomes, and healthy infant growth and development. Home visiting is free and voluntary. If you need additional assistance, go to Michigan 211 or call 2-1-1. MIBridges also provides resources for eligible families. Please note that contact information may be subject to change.
