COVID-19 Vaccine Rates During Pregnancy
Pregnant people are at increased risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19 compared with nonpregnant people of the same reproductive age, and are at risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes.23 Although the COVID-19 vaccine is approved and recommended for all pregnant people, recent studies show that COVID-19 vaccination coverage among pregnant people is dangerously low.23
