The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is used for the following programs:
•	The Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (Primary Application plus Addendum I)
•	Special Needs Rental (Primary Application plus Addendum III)
•	The "HOME Team Advantage" program (Primary Application plus Addendum IV)
•	"Taxable Bond" lending (Primary Application plus Addendum IV)
•	"TEAM" tax-exempt bond lending (Primary Application plus Addendum IV)
•	The Section 8 and Section 202 Preservation programs. (Primary Application plus Addendum IV)
•	The Section 236 Preservation program. (Primary Application plus Addendum IV)

The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is intended for those interested in developing low-income housing using programs available through MSHDA. If there are questions regarding the Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs, please contact Carol Thompson at (517) 335-7944.
