October 26, 2011 LIHTC Deadline Extension Memo The LIHTC Program has issued this memo indicating the intention of the Authority to reinstate its prior practice of charging fees to projects that need additional time to meet project-specific deadlines, primarily the LIHTC Commitment deadline. The fee charged will be equal to 1% of the annual credit amount. The Fee Schedule, which is located at the end of Tab W, has been updated to reflect the change. |
