The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is used for the following programs:

  • The Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (Application plus Addendum I)
  • Supportive Housing (Application plus Addendum III)
  • The "HOME Team Advantage" program (Application plus Addendum IV)
  • "Taxable Bond" lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
  • "TEAM" tax-exempt bond lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
  • The Section 8 and Section 202 Preservation programs. (Application plus Addendum IV)
  • The Section 236 Preservation program. (Application plus Addendum IV)
  • The Pass Through Short Term Bond Program (Application plus Addendum I and all requirements listed in program statement)
  • Pass Through Short Term Bond Program Statement and Application Requirements
