MSHDA's Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs

The Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs is used for the following programs:

The Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (Application plus Addendum I)

Supportive Housing (Application plus Addendum III)
The "HOME Team Advantage" program (Application plus Addendum IV)
"Taxable Bond" lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
"TEAM" tax-exempt bond lending (Application plus Addendum IV)
The Section 8 and Section 202 Preservation programs. (Application plus Addendum IV)
The Section 236 Preservation program. (Application plus Addendum IV)
The Pass Through Short Term Bond Program (Application plus Addendum I and all requirements listed in program statement)

  October 26, 2011 LIHTC Deadline Extension Memo The LIHTC Program has issued this memo indicating the intention of the Authority to reinstate its prior practice of charging fees to projects that need additional time to meet project-specific deadlines, primarily the LIHTC Commitment deadline. The fee charged will be equal to 1% of the annual credit amount. The Fee Schedule, which is located at the end of Tab W, has been updated to reflect the change.
