MARKET ANALYSIS PROCESS FORMS & GUIDELINES

• Market Study Order Form
  Please use this form to initiate the MSHDA market analysis process for all project types except 9% LIHTC projects for which a Site Selection Notification submission has been made and Direct Lending projects within a NOFA round, including NOFA 20. For these projects, the submission of a Site Selection Notification for a 9% round or a Notice of Intent to Apply (NOITA) for a NOFA round initiates the market study process
• 9% Site Selection Submission Form
  This form must be submitted by the due date noted in the Qualified Allocation Plan for the notification of site selection for the 9% LIHTC round in which you are applying: July 31, 2026 for the October 2026 9% round and February 1, 2027 for the April 2027 9% round. Submitting your site selection notice also starts the market study order process for 9% projects. However, submitting this form does not commit you to ordering a market study - you may choose not to proceed.
