State Revolving Fund & Drinking Water Revolving Fund Programs

The State Revolving Fund (SRF) and the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) programs provide low cost financing for municipal wastewater facilities and drinking water projects, respectively.

Public borrowers, school districts and private water suppliers are eligible to participate in the DWRF program.
