Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) provides low-interest loans to assist water suppliers in meeting the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and addressing environmental or public health concerns. Both community water supplies and non-community water supplies that operate as non-profits can obtain DWSRF loans.

Public Hearing of the DRAFT FY2026 Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Finance Division, Water Infrastructure Funding and Financing Section, hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing on the draft FY2026 (IUP) for the DWSRF. This IUP includes a draft list of projects seeking financing through the DWSRF in fiscal year 2026. The Draft FY26 IUP for DWSRF, will be available online at Michigan.gov/DWSRF. On September 17, 2025, EGLE will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m., on, draft FY2025 (IUP) for the DWSRF. Please direct questions to EGLE-WIFFS@Michigan.gov
