Public Meeting

The Family Advisory Board's Public Meetings are intended for families and loved ones of those incarcerated in an MDOC facility to provide feedback on policies and procedures that impact family reunification during and after incarceration.

 

The next public meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Noon–2:00 P.M.

Parking information:

Parking is available at the Library and Historical Center Visitor Lot for a charge of $5 (the red lot on the attached is the closest).

For the first time, the Family Advisory Board will be able to offer public participants the option to join this meeting virtually.

We would ask that all virtual participants adhere to normal video meeting protocols (e.g. remain on mute unless recognized, etc.).

The Family Advisory Board is not intended to address issues other than those that affect prisoners AND their families.
