The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Roosevelt Moore, #129867. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Roosevelt Moore is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on July 8, 1971 from Muskegon County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole Board.
