The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Daniel Rodriguez, #250133. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Daniel Rodriguez is serving a term of Life for the crime of Conspiracy to Manufacture and Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and a term of Life for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on May 30, 1996 from Oakland County. Mr. Rodriguez is also serving a term of 2y-20y for the crime of Manufacture and Delivery of Less than 50 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on July 11, 1996 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
