The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 3, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Myron Mayberry, #204685. It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Myron Mayberry is serving a term of 25y-50y for the crime of Assault with Intent to Commit Murder, a term of 15y-50y for the crime of Assault with Intent to Rob While Armed, and a term of 2y-2y for the crime of Felony Firearm. He was sentenced on October 26, 1989 from Wayne County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
