The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of Michael Toler, #321827. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.
Michael Toler is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Conspiracy to Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine and a Life sentence for the crime of Manufacture and Deliver Over 650 Grams of Cocaine. He was sentenced on July 20, 1994 from Oakland County.
The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
